Default language is English for all posts
CREATE NEW TOPIC (COMPANY/ JOB) & POLL
Everybody can create a new topic only if this is not already included in the related category. For every new topic, a new poll shall be created as well.

TITLE (POST AND POLL)
Company name - location (city, nation)
E.g. Siemens - Munich, Germany
OR
Job position - company main field
E.g. HR Assistant - Oil&Gas

POLLS
1 topic (company or job) = 1 poll.
Poll must be single choice and with 5 options, named respectively
1 - Very bad, 2 - Bad, 3 - Average, 4 - Good, 5 - Very good,
which represent the overall rating of the company/ job.
CREATE NEW COMPANY/ JOB CATEGORY
If the company/ job you want to rate/ feedback is not included in the existing structure, you can put your topic in the None of the above folder, or just send a message to Admin requesting the creation of the new topic.
